1. Overview
Apple Orange Analytics (“the Platform”) is a business intelligence and customer relationship management system developed by Apple Orange Marketing. The Platform enables agencies and businesses to integrate their digital marketing data from third-party services such as Google, Meta, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, and others, to view analytics, manage clients, and generate reports.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, business name, email, password (encrypted), and contact details.
- Connected Platform Data: Metrics and insights from third-party services connected via OAuth (Google Search Console, Google Business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.). The Platform only accesses data explicitly authorized by you.
- Usage Data: Logs, device type, IP address, session activity, and performance metrics for system monitoring and optimization.
- AI Analysis Data: When using AI-powered features (such as automated insights or content generation), the input text and generated output may be processed temporarily for model performance and error handling. We do not use customer data to train public AI models.
- Billing Information: Payment and subscription records managed by PCI-compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
3. How We Use the Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the CRM and analytics dashboard.
- To display integrated data, metrics, and AI-generated insights for your connected accounts.
- To manage user authentication, account roles, and multi-client access permissions.
- To communicate with users regarding updates, support, and system notifications.
- To improve system performance, reliability, and data accuracy.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax, and security obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal or business data. Data may be shared only with:
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing vendors under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Third-Party Integrations: APIs you authorize (Google, Meta, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, etc.). We only transmit and display the data needed for analytics functions.
- Legal or Compliance Requests: When required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the service. When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, associated tokens and imported data are permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Security
We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted credentials storage, API key masking, and restricted administrative access. Despite these measures, no online system is 100% secure, and users are responsible for safeguarding their passwords and API credentials.
7. AI and Automation
The Platform includes AI-driven analytics and reporting. These tools analyze aggregated data to surface insights. No automated decision-making is performed that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
8. User Rights
- Access or export your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Revoke OAuth connections to third-party platforms at any time.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential emails and marketing communication.
9. Cookies
Cookies and local storage are used for authentication, session persistence, and interface preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used within the CRM platform.
10. International Data Transfers
Our servers are hosted in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you consent to data processing and storage under U.S. data protection standards.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted within the CRM and noted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
